Life Limiting Conditions Guidance Description: When a colleague is living with a life-limiting condition, the way the workplace responds can significantly affect their wellbeing, dignity, sense of control and trust. The experience may also affect those around them, including colleagues, friends, family members and others who support them. This guidance supports managers to respond quickly, compassionately and flexibly.
