Creative Manchester Poetry Competition 2019: Submission form Summary: The Centre for New Writing, in partnership with Creative Manchester, launches The University of Manchester Poetry competition for all students, staff and alumni of The University of Manchester. The competition is themed around ‘Manchester means the world to me’ and the closing date for submission will be midnight on Sunday, 19 May 2019. This submission form should be emailed to poetrycompetition@manchester.ac.uk in Word document format (please do not send a PDF version) Participants are invited to write a poem that examines what the University means to them and explore the impact of both the city and the University on the world.
