Gender and Race in SEED - EDI Report 2024 Summary: Late 2024, SEED’s EDI Leads for Gender and Sexuality (Dr Catherine Atkinson- Ross) and Race (Dr Marcellus Mbah) held discussions with staff that explored experiences of gender and race in/equality in the school. This report summarises seven main themes generated from these discussions, organised under three headings: 1. Day-to- day working; 2. Workload, progression and hiring; and 3. Responding to discrimination and bullying.
