Developing local resilience capability slides

Summary: 13 slides – based on NCSR+ slide deck – presented to Avon and Somerset Local Resilience Forum (ASLRF). These slides formed the first workshop with the LRF’s strategic team to help them think about the importance of societal resilience and the benefits to them of developing an LRF-wide strategy.
