FTLO Sharing External Examiner Reports with Students Slip Summary: The Quality Assurance Agency requires that Higher Education Institutions “make external examiners’ annual reports available in full to students, with the sole exception of any confidential report made directly, and separately, to the head of the institution”. This should be done either through student representatives at appropriate groups or committees or other forums identified by the programme team or School. The purpose of this form is to record when and by what method External Examiner reports are being shared with students.
