Manchester Museum Annual Report 2015
Summary: The Museum’s performance continues to improve year on year. Visitor numbers were yet again at an all-time high at 442,000, and number of contacts with priority groups went up by nearly 11%. Visits by disabled people went up 2% as did visits by lower socio-economic groups. BME visits, however, went down by 7% from the previous high of 18% for reasons that are currently not clear. In terms of families, we have had a record-breaking year, with more visiting than ever before.
