Office Moves - Information Governance guidance
Summary: During an office move important information can be lost or damaged and preparations should be made in advance to protect it. Where personal data is involved, if it is mistakenly left behind or mislaid, it can cause potential harm and distress to the individuals affected, and could result in a fine for the University. This flow chart and guidance note document will help staff plan the safe and secure transfer of data during an office move.
