Request for Mitigation Form Summary: Form for students to complete in order to submit a request for mitigation, under the University's Policy on Mitigating Circumstances. Some Schools have their own versions of the form so students should check (e.g. in programme handbooks or their School intranet) regarding the version of the form that needs to be completed.
