Summary: Pro-forma to be used when seeking approval for the withdrawal of undergraduate and postgraduate taught programmes of study that lead to an award of the University. Please note that there is also a Modified Withdrawal or Suspension of Programme template available for use during the Covid pandemic. Updated July 2022 to update names of Divisions and role titles.
